We only sell well established and healthy animals. That means in detail:

 

- That a sale takes place exclusively with a negative laboratory result for parasites and infectious diseases

- All animals ate at least 15 times independently, one after the other and without any problems. We only feed frost rodents (mice and rats of appropriate size)

​

- All animals are  free from ticks and mites

​

A sex determination can be carried out, but at the earliest after 12 months. However, we do not guarantee gender determination.

1. Warranty and right of return

​

The sale takes place under exclusion of any guarantee. We assume no responsibility for any illnesses that may occur later or even for the loss of the animal from the time the animal is handed over. Morelia viridis are sensitive animals that can be seriously damaged if improperly handled and / or transported. We do not allow animals to be returned or taken back. We do not assume any liability for bite injuries that occur during inspection, delivery or after the conclusion of a contract.

2. Reservation

With a deposit of 25% of the purchase price it is possible to reserve an animal for 3 months. The reservation period begins with the written or verbal confirmation on our part. We must receive the deposit within one week of confirmation so that the reservation is permanently effective. If this is not the case, the reservation is void. If a reservation cannot be kept due to plausible occurrences on our part, the entire amount paid will be transferred back. In this case, we will not assume any acquisition costs (e.g. cages, technology). In justified cases, we are happy to agree individual reservation conditions. If an animal is not accepted / picked up and paid for in full within the 3 months through no fault of ours, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will remain in our possession.

3. Handover

 

We prefer the pick up of the reserved animals at our home. A handover on an EXPO can take place. The condition for this is that the animal has been fully paid (this is how we make sure that the animal will be picked up and that we do not drive unnecessarily through Germany with a sensitive animal). Our animals can be shipped from May to September. We generally do not ship at an earlier or later point in time. The shipment is carried out exclusively via a logistics company that specializes in the transport of exotic animals. Once the animals have been handed over to the transporter, we do not guarantee shipping. From then on, the risk lies with the buyer. We are generally open to international shipping outside the EU. Just talk to us about it. A shipment will only be carried out if the animal to be shipped has been fully paid.

4. Administrative matters

With the purchase of the animal you will receive a breeding documentary from us as well as a folder with all data (feeding, sheds, etc.).

Morelia viridis is notifiable in Germany and requires approval in some districts. All of our animals are duly registered with the lower nature conservation authority and approved by the Leipzig police authority.

After the handover, we will de-register the relevant animal with the authorities within 24-48 hours. This also means that we have to report to the authorities to whom the animal has passed. For this purpose, we ask the buyer to bring a valid identification document with them for presentation and comparison when handing over to ensure that the proof of delivery and proof of origin is properly filled out. If the animal is to be sent, we ask for verification in advance by means of an identification document.
